    Okay, this is after 2 weeks of dieting...Weight loss has slowed down (lost about 5 lbs. this week) But I think it is fat....Hope you can tell from this pic but I've lost many inches off my waist. I am taking in about 26 grams of carbs a day and that's it...(2 slices of toasted white bread). Let me guys know if you see a difference because it may just be me wanting to see a difference.

    your stomach looks smaller in that last pic... I can't tell the difference between the first two though... besides the new ink

    looking good. just make sure you arent losing too many pounds/week. rapid weight loss=muscle loss. I would swap the whitebread for wheat.

    Sluggish

    If you start to fell sluggish have a day that you carb. up..I did over the weekend and i felt pretty damn good today! Oh yeah i can def. see a big diff. looks great!

    hey guys I was just wondering what you guys would estimate my bf% at in the third pic.....also....should I be worried or do I just have good genetics because in the past 3 weeks I have dropped from 195 lbs. to 179 lbs.......do you guys see any significant muscle loss?? I have made strength gains, so I figured I was maintaining but just wondering what you guys thought.

    There's a definite difference in the pics, looks good, I'd estimate the body fat at around 12%. But that's my estimate.

    Definitely a difference after two weeks... you can start to see the formation of the obliques. BF, around 15%, I would say. Good traps and a solid base to build on. Stay the course, you'll be ripped in no time.

    and thanks guys..plan on being on this diet for 6 weeks, then it will be beach time....will keep updated posts weekly
