    First Pics

Whats up everyone? These are the first pics I have taken. I have never done any weight training on a regular basis, never really ate right, and have never taken anything as you can prob tell. I know my bf % is bad and have a lot of work to do but wanted to get peeps thoughts on my starting point as I am ready to stay dedicated. Thanks.

The only thing I could suggest would be to get yourself a solid diet plan and training program. Do some research in the diet section on this board and use that knowledge to develop yourself a diet plan. I would also recommed posting your diet and training schedule so that people can give you feedback as to what you should concentrate on. If I were you, I would concentrate on losing the bf first and then worry about adding mass later. Doing both at the same time is very difficult and you might end up setting yourself up for disappointment. Just be strict with yourself and be disciplined in striving towards your goals. Keep us posted on your progress! I always love a good success story!

    Very Good Sdvice Mammoth!!

Concentrate on the nutritional aspects and bodyfat reduction first..These are generally the most challenging for people who are trying to get started..After you decrease your overall bf levels, then you can worry about cycling and adding some lean muscle mass..Good Luck!!
