bulldawg's pix
hey dudes, ive tried posting my pix a few times, but it didnt seem to work, so im tryin again! ive been lifting weights since i was 12, and started bodybuilding last november. i took those pix in december. im now bulked up to 160 (i was 145 when i took those pix). so any comments or suggestions?

You said you've been lifting since 12 and your profile says 5 years experience so I assume you are 17. It looks like you are making good progress since november on your arms and delts. Are these your strong body parts? I would suggest doing incline bench to improve your chest. Wide lat pulls front and rear for width and some barbell rows for thickness. Also don't neglect your legs. I believe nothing looks worse than a body builder with crappy leg development. It makes me think they are lazy and not willing to put in hard time at the gym. Stick with good form and basic movements and in a year or 2 you will be pretty big. Again, work those legs. Squats and stiff legged deads.

yeah my arms and delts are my strong body parts. my chest looks that way becuz i have a slight case of gyno, but im seein a plastic surgeon this summer sometime to get that fixed. thanx for the advice for my back and legs.

it doesnt look that bad, but still its not pretty. anyways i also have thick puffy skin, any advice on getting a more tight look???
