Well, I'll say this, your screen name does have some merit. Would you mind sharing cycle and training experience? By the way, VERY thick back. Many people have a wide back, but there aren't many real thick backs...do you deadlift a lot?

Yes, I'm with BG on this one. Share your past cycle experience, training and diet experience. I'm about your size 6'2" and around 240-244 lbs but my bf is a bit higher than yours. Looking damn good bro! Good luck on your upcoming event and keep us posted as it gets closer.

Holly crap... That's one huge back and a big set of wheels. Was wondering if I could ever get up to 240lbs at 5.7'

Can you tie your shoes with that much bulk?

What do you think your weight will be at contest time?

you should be very proud of you. The only thing that I see in your way is possible injuries. 600 pound squats for reps at that age; I can only imagine the possibilites when you hit your prime. Good luck to you.

Just for the record, I do have very good genetics. I have almost a pure mesomorph build, hence wide shoulder, narrow waist. Genetics definately play a role but I am not one of those guys who rely on them. All pros have great genetics but its the ones who didnt rely on them that are the best, ie... Ronnie, Jay, Dorian ect....... I stay lean due to a very high metabolism which is fueled by food every 2 hrs of course, but as well as gh, t3, and slin. One thing as well is that I get more of my calories from fat than carbs which helps keep the bloat down due to the fact that carbs hold water in a 3:1 ratio through osmosis where as fats do not, plus you get way more calories from fats as well. All the shit you here bout pros eating clean BWWHHAHAHAHAHHAHA, yea. I probably make it a point in the off season to eat fast food once eave 2 a day to get my calories, favorite is 1 or 2 double whoppers with cheese and bacon from the king. I also try to keep my anti e's going year round as I dont have problems with acne or gyno but I retain water like a damn lol.

So you run AS and gh year round? Whatever you're doing, keep doing it because it's working. I wanna see a pic from the off season, as you're obviously not eating whoppers in these pics...at least it doesn't show. You must get up to 270, 280? I'd like to try the "see food" diet myself, and I may have to if I ever want to pack on that kind of mass. It takes too damn long adding muscle when you eat clean.

Actually I was the biggest I have gotten a few weeks before this pic at 248. I never have a high body fat. My goal this next year will be to get to 260 then diet down to 230. As of now I will be hitting stage around 215 or so.
