    lookin much better bro. the only thing i would say to work on is the lower chest development. but still a great job.

    Hey, thanks guys, much appreciated.

    I'm 6'1. In the first pic, I was 165lbs (skinny!) and now I'm 200. Bf went from 18% to about 11...and dropping.

    Hey...thanks again for the comments guys. Must admit though...beyond a lot of hard training...I gotta give credit to my training partner pictured here (...and best buddy in the world, I might add ) who was always there to say "gotta get big!"
