One month isn't a very long time so just keep at it and be patient. No flame, but I really don't see any difference except a little more upper body size. I don't know your goals, but you should post your diet for everyone to take a look at.

I know that there is not a noticable diff. but I have dropped 10 lbs. and down from a 36 waist to a 34 and my stomach has dropped too. Not really dieting but I am eating 5-6 mini meals /day and I am doing cardio 45 min in the a.m. and working out at night. Starting to use a eca. and maybe some clen . any help will be appreciated.

I can see some better form in your chest. Nice work, keep at it. Make sure you get your protein in each meal and keep the carbs very low except for post work out.

Thanks Sigrabbit, sd11 and peam for the motivation. Just hard to see the diff for myself and I get down and think that I am not getting any results. Good to hear from someone else. I have upped the cardio to 60 min in the a.m. and hope to drop more fat off the sides.

I can see a differance......your broader on top and your tummy looks like it is shrinking and tightening up. I know how frustrating it can be to loose fat....just keep at it and hang in there!

keep working hard bro...just remember that a great body wont come over nite...you should be getting pretty good results though if you are just starting to work out
