    Still 6'0 225lbs. But the body fat has dropped 3% without any cardio

    GALENKIA TEST DEPO 250 250mgs a week 12 weeks.

    SUS shot on Monday

    GALENKIA 250 shopt on THursday

    If you're extremely fair, tanning is not worth the risk. I'm "only" 46 and I've already had two small basal cell carcinoma spots removed, so I've given up any futile attempts at tanning and resigned myself to be pale. My dad has had numerous basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas, and my uncle had it so bad it metastisized and it killed him.

    As a child I was in the sun all the time without sunscreen. Now I have to wqatch a few MOLES on my back...oh well, tan-in-a-can is good.

    I will start doing my abs and hit the cardio a bit when i start my cycle.
