your arms are looking good. hit the bench to pump that chest up and do some rows and pulldowns for your back. Also, dont neglect the sit-ups! You definately have a good base.

Do you workout your back? The shoulder development is fine. I'd be more concerned with diet if I were you.

How old are you? What are your goals? You say that you've done a cycle of Deca and D-bol....might I ask why? Stay away from the gear for now. Advice?? Train, Eat, Sleep, Repeat. Do that for about 2 years then post another pic. You don't look bad at all right now. You just need to add the mass is all. Pay close attention to your diet because if you eat the wrong stuff while trying to add mass you will add too much fat to your frame, and you will regret it later. Just stick to a program and give it time to work. Like I said earlier, stay away from gear right now. If you don't know how to train then gear aint gonna do squat. I am not trying to flame, but you can't tell me that you have years of training under your belt. If you actually did then I would say that you wasted those precious years. Good luck and keep us posted.

yeha I know I prob should have held off on the deca - dbol cycle, but I was didn't know what I was doing. I'm 20. I've gotten a lot more educated now and I'm about to start bulking again, I've just got really slow metabolism so it's hard for me to bulk without putting on a lot of fat. And then it's hard for me to cut down. Thanks though. Anyone else's opinions? I'll take all the advice I can get.

First off, with a build like yours, you can't even begin to say that you have a slow metabolism. You are not fat. Also, if you are gaining excess fat while bulking then you need to re-evaluate what you are eating. At your age you should be able to gain mass easily without gaining excess fat. It doesn't look like you were ever a fat kid so I would say that your metabolism is fine.

Nice peak on those biceps! I have to say what you already know. With good arms and shoulders. Putting on a little chest "shape" and some increase in AB definition you would like awesome. Don't worry about eating enough to get a huge chest. I am 22 and unless you're a genetic freak you'll never grow a chest quick enough to keep up with your other gains. I am guessing you work your arms alot as it is. Step up the incline benches and ab work. Pm if you want some more info!

Thanks guys, I appreciate all the advice. Rockstarz, I like the avatar. Everyone keeps mentioning my arms and saying they're way ahead of my other parts and I think it might be because I use really strict form on my arms. So, I'm gonna start using the same strict form on all the rest of me like I should have done in the first place.
Mammoth- I have been fat before, to get my bf down to where it is right now I only eat about 1500 cal a day. I've heard that's slow metabolism, but if I'm wrong or if you think something else then give me advice.
Thanks to everyone, and all other advice is still appreciated.

If you once were fat then you don't show it. Most people who were fat before show some signs of it after they lose the weight. Also, what you may think is fat may be different from my opinion. Anyhow, I truly believe you have a good base to build upon. Just keep pumpin and concentrate on your diet! If you want to grow you are going to have to eat so make sure that your calories are slightly above maintenence. Good luck to ya bro!

Post your chest workout to get help with it. I'd concentrate on chest and back mostly as you do that they will help to build everywhere else too.

i'm no one to really comment but try working the chest alittle more. get around 2 - 3 excersizes with 3 - 4 sets. Bent-over Rows for your back and some Lat pulldowns also. maybe a 4 sets of standing barbell curls with preacher curls also. you have a great base to start with, concentrate on gaining mass.

Yea lilbull my bad. I read this post, scrolled back up, checked the pics. Guess I thought cuz you had a well defined back you were lower.
Not 15%, there's no way... more then likely 10-12. But as we've seen, I'm not the best at guessing . But at 17% he would have a little gut I would think??? Have it tested and let us know.

    My BF%

I got my Bf% tested and it was 9%, but I've put on about 5lbs since the pics were taken some I'm thinkin I was probably about 8% in the pics. I think the reason a lot of my definition wasn't showing is because the flash was so darn bright it made my muscles look flat. oh well, I just said I'd get it tested so I did. Thanks for all the advice guys.

I'm I the only bro around here that does a short workout..I lift 3x a week..Chest/shoulders/tris...Back/Bis...Legs/calves/Abs. Bro stick to the basics...I do 3 exercise for large Muscles and 2 exercises for small muscles..Alway include Bench,Squat, and Deadlifts in your workout plan for they are the best exercises IMO! I'm cutting right now and my diet is definatly not 1500 cals..I eat that by lunch..go to the diet forum and look around they will give you great ideas..tuna,chicken,fish,eggs(protein), potatoes, brown rice or wild rice, yams, ect.(complex carbs) Good fats,(flax oil, natural pb (yum))...PM me if you need anything..I just wish i had someone like this board when i started out..Very smart bros...just listen and remember..go to the gym..kick your ass (HIT) and get the f##k out and go get a protein shake with dextrose! Good luck..love peaks man!!
