    Bodyfat estimatr

7 point caliper says 17% but I feel for some reason it is much higher. It just feels like im wearing a jiggly fat suit when I grab anywhere in my midsection especially my love handles. I can grab a good few inches there. My wife also tells me that I have a big girly arse that sticks out from the side. I feel like Im holding a ton of my 200 pounds right at my midsection. Maybe I am obsessing too much but looking at it every single male on both sides of the family have this awful pear shape. I cut for 6 weeks and lost 10 pounds which was most likely all water and I looked trimmer but I recently bumped my calories back to 300 above maintenance just before I started my cycle a week ago. Of course I am up 10 pounds and guess where all the water goes and hangs out. I am taking an AI as well. Maybe I should just get over it and enjoy my cycle and hopeful gains.

At least 20% man, use the BF estimate pictures to judge for yourself. I would have said to lose a fair bit more before you started the cycle. Your E2 may become difficult to manage.

I was thinking the same if not higher. That leaves me at 160 lbs or less of LBM which is pretty skinny for my height. God how can one put so much of their time and effort in the gym and $$$$$ in food over 2 years and still be skinny underneath a fatsuit. So ****** frustrating. I already know this cycle isn't going to produce any results either. I am eating at 3350 cals. Macros are 40/40/20 and i am usually 20-80 cals over at the end of the day but always within a percent of my macros. All these oats bloat the crap out of me. I am working chest mondays, back tuesdays, legs wednesdays (as soon as this horrible PIP in my arse goes away) shoulders thursday and arms Fridays. Working with 4 sets of 8-10 with bo more than 5 excercises each day excluding arms. I only hit biceps with 2 excercises and tris with 3. Being my first ever cycle could I expect maybe to add a good amount of weight? I never truly got noob gains my first year. Pretty much gained any size I have currently in the first 4 months that I got serious and then nothing really in the past 14 months.

Sounds like you need to change something, 160lb could be decent progress, depending on where you've come from. For example I've gone from 110lb to 150lb, 2-3% more BF than at 110 over the course of about 15 months (coming from a malnourished state) So I'm still small as hell, but considering where I've come from I've made a lot of progress.

If you've run this split for a long time, try something else, try training for strength if you never do. Try a 3 on 1 off split, try doing full body workouts 4x a week, try an upper/lower/rest split, you need to find what works for you. Progress is slow and requires a lot of patience whether you're using gear or not.

If you're not progressing, especially on gear, something is wrong with either your diet or training.

Thanks man. We shall see once the gear kicks in. Another question I have wanted to ask pertains to noob gains. A lot of people that just start lifting make pretty amazing progress in the first year regardless of their training and diet. No one comes into this obsession doing everyyhing just right lets face it. You see the before and after pics and it's incredible. Now take someone like me for example and granted I have been lifting roughly 3 years but I buckled down the second year and paid more attention to diet and constant progression and a 14 month before and after pic looks like I maybe gained a pound and my body composition looks exactly the same except some extra fat around the midsection. Is this all genetics?

Could be genetics/diet/training/hormones or just your perception. Get some bloodwork done and see if you have low T? That would certainly make it difficult to gain muscle.

If this is the case then a test cycle should produce pretty good results.

Noticed something. Seems to be a lot of fat on my pecs maybe? Hard to tell as I don't know if it's normal to be able to pinch this much. Moobs? My fat store patterns are strange.

Looks fine, I'm the same, chest and love handles hold the most fat and are the last to go.

Wait until you're lower BF% and ask your doctor if you're worried. it's much harder to tell if someone just has a lot of BF there or whether it's gyno, so rule out the BF option.

I'll be doing that once I've finished cutting.
