Anything above what I do now would be way too life intrusive for my liking.

Next I'm going to try out this diuretic that I have. But, it's just so temporary.
Ever stacked T3 and Clen or Albuterol? I did 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off for about a month this past Feb. I had come off a 5 month layoff and was at 24% BF and had lost some strength and LM. I jumped on a light Tren /Test/Dbol cycle, shooting 80 mg TNE daily 2 hours PWO, 80mcg T3 (it's tapered, that's the top level then I taper down EOD by 10mcg and take iodine and Theanine until about a month after it's done. They work together to bring your thyroid function back to normal. it' slike PCT for your thyroid.

So far I have been on this cycle for about 4 or 5 weeks now I guess. I started at 205 or so, 24% BF. As of today I am at 227lbs, 18% BF so it is melting the fat away. You can do T3 or T4 cycles indefinitely. As long as you cycle it. Don't stay on T3 or T4 for long periods, but when done properly Clen/Albuterol + T3 work like magic.

Yep. The leaner you get the harder it gets to lose more fat, and add to that the fact that you don't want to lose muscle mass... very difficult indeed. I have never been below 13%. That was my lowest ever, so I have yet to even experience the pain of trying to go sub 10% and keep the mass I've worked so hard for. Honestly though I was happy at 13%. I think unless your goal is to compete there is no reason to go sub 10%. I was plenty vascular and could see striations at 13%. Hell I can see striations at 20% because I tend to hold all of my fat in the waist. My arms and legs have paper thin skin. I can use a 5/8" slin pin and get an IM injection out of it. I do it all the time. Just that damned fat in the belly. Doesn't seem to go away no matter what I do. Maybe I should get lipo.

I got just a tad leaner than what I am before. But, that was quite drug induced. Now, I focus on staying fairly healthy.

And of course, right on time - my back is fvcked & can't even really move around right now. I put up another thread on this in the workout section.

This time I think is the worst one yet. I seriously can't fvcking move. The last few times were close though.

    Lmao, you feel small

Im no where near your caliber but i know what you mean

Friends and family will say hey big fella

And im like, i dont even look big what you mean

But when you compare yourself to average folks and look back at old pics you think damn i am big, theres always bigger though and i think that will always be a factor of why we feel small

Look great samson! Your kind of where i want to be, looking healthy, solid and huge/muscular

    It's all in the eye

I stand next to my old self, or the like - I am huge

    If I stand next to a guy that's my height & 250 - I feel tiny

But, I always fall back on common sense - 19" arms (finally) are not small, not even close

I'll hit 19 this year after my next Deca cycle

Just came of the tren ace - gawd, I love to hate tren. Even at under 200mg a week of ace I felt like shit after 12 weeks. Sleep started to go, anxiety started to set in & my sex drive just tanked

So, back to just test, mast & winni now & I feel 100%

That's really the best way to put it

It's not just juice, diet, going to the gym or just eating lotts of protein. . . . It's a fine combination of all over a long period of time.

Vitals this AM - this is on a cruise of 350mg of Sust, 200mg of Mast Prop & 10-20mg a day of oral Winni

This is before any of my meds also

I have been pounding the homeopathic supps for almost 2 years now along with a 90-95% whole food only diet. Seems to really pay off - all BW is in check also. And seriously most of the info, I found on here.

I might make a list of what I am on daily, but daum - it will take a while. Bf% estimate-image.jpg

That combination has been DAMN good to you Samson. In five years if I am 1. Alive, 2. Retired and 3. a fraction of what you have achieved, I will be very happy indeed. Impressive work!

Yup, still at it - back to a maint dose of sust. Weighing in at right under 210 Lbs.

Digital caliper says 6.9% - which of course is BS. More like 9.9% - I use it just for reference.

Waist is at 33.5" - arms still right under 19"

Deca , Sust & dBol cycle is next - in about 2 months

    It's a nice addition

I focus on keeping my doses as low as possible - seems to be working so far

Most I have run is 30mg per day & that's just on a few heavy lift days.

But, yeah - anyone who really asks to see a before and after of steroid use after a few years is just jaw dropping - Wow

How do you think your upper body gets most of its power. From the ground. Travels threw your legs...any real life applicable situation calls for legs mainly. Plus it looks silly with a big top heavy muscles upper body and little tooth pick cartoon legs lol. Dude you never skip leg day. Main part of the week right there. I'd rather have huge legs then a hug upper..excluding pecs lol and other shit. Forget it i want to be all around efficient a snazzy aesthetic upper lol. No offense. But you never skip leg day. Believe me. The girls will be talking amongst themselves about how small they are compared and how unproportional it is lol. They won't flat out be mean about it lol not talking shit here either. Just saying. I can't help but to comment when I see that someone excludes leg. Smh

I'll take the leg challenge all day, any day - my legs are huge naturally(right) calves are same size as bi's

And now my back is shit - I pull 3 plates on my deads & that's it. No more crazy weights, my lowest disk has to be compressing. So, I focus on strengthening everything other than exercises that put direct down pressure on my back. Been A ok so far
