Before/After pictures
Here are a few pics of my 12 week Swolegenix diet. I dropped about 22lbs in the process. I started at 6'2", 238lbs. I'm done cutting now as I have too many outside activities that aren't allowing me to be as consistent as I'd like. My plan wasn't to get shredded,,,,just to look decent for summertime. Now that a lot of the fat is gone, I can see which bodyparts are lagging (to me it's my abs, triceps, lower/outer chest and rear delts). I'll get some wheel shots up here soon. Feel free to flame the shit out of me or let me know what you see as some weaknesses....

Very fuckin impressive! You look like your abs will come out only if your bodyfat is extremely low. I think I may be the same way. I just finished week six of sgx, and plan on starting a cutting cyle to finish it up. Did you go natty or not?

Great progress! I hope to get results like that once I am done with SwoleGenix. How many inches have you lost from your waist?

Are you still leaning?
Just my .02.... I think you should get on a little above maintenance schedule of clean cals. So you can make gains and not lose anymore muscle... That’s a good cutting job now finish it by gaining mass but still shedding fat... good job
Your frame looks a little like mine and if you lean too hard with out getting on maintenance, I think you can say good bye to your arms and legs.
Great job though...

That is about what I'm doing now Max. I had Swolecat adjust my diet slightly so I could maintain bf% and add a little muscle while staying lean.
Stillsmall: It's Gold's off Ben White.
