    New Recent pictures....

    Hey guys/gals, took some new pictures about 2 weeks ago. Trying to lean out a bit. Some feedback on what I should work on. Advice or critique welcomed....

    Chest and tri's are looking huge!!! Not trying to be that guy, but it looks like your left bicep is lagging. I noticed it because I have the same thing, I was in an accident and my right arm hasn't fully come back yet. Looking great though. REDROCK

    bump. 426 Views and only 1 reply. C'mon guys/gals some flaming or opionions would be appreciated. Just some normal feedback. Like on what should I concentrate more. Weakness, strengths etc. Thanks.

    Looks like your shoulders are lagging a bit. Also work on lats, maybe calves but it's hard to see. Overall you look pretty good. You have nice shape in your pecs and well balanced arm development.

    looking good so far. I'd say work on the forarms alittle bit more but its hard to say due to the pictures. Maybe post some more up if you get a chance

    i would say hit traps and shoulders harder and by far yur stand out bodypart is your tris. overall not bad!

    Thanks markas, Juicehoe & simply jakked for your feedback. Yeah, I know my shoulders and traps are my weak points. Actually shoulders have improved considerably from a year ago. I need to define them more though so I have started doing more bent over laterals and side laterals like how charles glass has gunter doing. Very effective and I feel the burn and the pump. Traps, no matter what I do sucks compare to all my other body parts. Don't even start with forearms. They are way to far behind. I have been working them constantly now though.

    At first I though it was the pic angle but I think Red was right. The left arm needs a little work to even them out. Chest looks good. Hit the legs hard and they will come around too. Looking good overall. What are your stats?

    Thanks Ron, I don't know about the left arm. In measuring the two they are pretty even. It could be the pic angle in the back shot. Do you still think that from the 1st pic. I know I wasn't flexing enough too. I will post some updated pic. soon and then you guys can let me know.
    Current stats are :
    Weight : 204 lbs
    Height : A little over 6'
    Bodyfat : ? Maybe over 16%
    Arms : 18"
    Chest : 44" or maybe more. A long time since I last measured.

    Thanks ripped4fsu, Trying very hard to work on my traps and lats now. Shoulers too need more work. Will bring those bodyparts up to par in the next 2-3 months.

    good start. i would also suggest focusing on the left arm more. i think even the tricep looks better on your right arm. what are your goals?

    Thanks aradrol, Yeah I am working more on definition and muscle size more than mass right now. My goal is to loose some bodyfat and get shredded. No competitions in the near future.
