    1. How many meals are supposed to be taken in on days 1 and 2?
    2. What do you suggest for a MRP? just <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a>/ dextrose shake or a Myoplex shake?
