    Pics of newbie. Need opinion!

    I'm 5'11" 168lbs with about 8% bodyfat I just started a cycle this what I look before I just started. Do you think I have a good base?

    I think everything looks good, you just need to add some thickness to everything. Your Delts and lats have great definition, but your back is something that needs get wider and bigger. This will make your overall look appear alot bigger and thicker. Stick with deads and rows! Good base though.

    Great base for some good mass.

    Put on a good solid base with lots of powerlifting sets. IE Deadlifts, heavy presses, etc - all to failure. I started when I was 16 or so, and all with really heavy lifts so I got a good base from that. Once you have a good base you can start working on isolation and seperation and get those cuts we all love so much.

    I think with a good 4-6 months of bulking up a bit and throwing down a good base you should focus on your chest and wheels a bit. You look like an ecto-meso to me (just like me) so putting on muscle is a pain in the fucking assss. But the advantage is that you don't have to put on 30 unwanted pounds of fat to bulk up, you can stay a good 5-10 pounds within competition (or beach bod) year round, bulking up or not.

    For us ecto-meso's stick to 4-6 reps, 12-16 sets per major body part. For the heavy lifts (deads, cleans or whatever) keep down to 2-4 reps and lift real, real heavy. For me, usually 6 sets is enough and Im ready to puke. Cardio down to a minimum and sleep like a bear bro. Keep your diet in check, make sure your throwing down 190-240 grams of protien a day and you can't help but get swole. Good luCk, hope this helps.

    thanks guys! It's glad to hear that someone knows about the bodytypes and how they work. I found myself to be an ecto meso also so I know what you're talking about bro! I'm just gonna work hard and try to push my shit to the limits.

    I'm tapering so I don't have a huge crash at the and and the clomid should help with that also.

    How old are you? this your first cycle?

    Do you realize that you need frequent injections with the sust?

    I'm not a fan of tapering. I never have and never will. If your worried about tapering start 500ius of HCG ed for the last 2 weeks of your cycle. The last weeks of your cycle are important don't mess them up by tapering. You need the test in your system. Thats just my 2 cents.

    I'm 20 years old and yes this is my first cycle. I agree with having a little more mass before I start but I want to see how it works. Trust me I'm not as soft as I look. The pictures I took suck and if you saw me in person you would agree. But no offense taken from anyone. I appreciate all the feedback you guys. So you suggest taking HCG at the end instead of tapering? I'll think about that one. I guess it's all just about preference.

    And I do a Monday/Thursday shot schedule. 200 of EQ and 250 of Sust each shot day.

    I don't think it's about preference as much is it's about experience. This is your first cycle so how can you have a preference ,you've never tried it before. This is by no means a flame just passing on some knowledge. I think most on this board will agree on not tapering. But of course like I said this is just my 2 cents.

    Im not flaming but i dont think you got a good enough base for starting a cycle, i really dont. Your profile says youve only been traning for 2 years. I dont think that is enough to start sticking pinz in yourself. I would reconsider if i were you.

    Have you read the educational thread on Sust250...bro I would do another test instead of sust250..take it from a guy that has done sust250 twice...The sust250 flu sucks!!!!! Test Enth or Cyp would be a better choice...I felt great after my sust shots but I could tell by my next one that my test levels were all over the place!!! After my last sust250 adventure..I'm never going to touch the shit again..Test 400 for me!!

    Oh yeah..and if you dont do Deadlifts start..it is an awesome exercise and I think my back is in love...haha...My back is getting damn thick from the things!!

    Well i have already started my cycle and I"m doing fine. I haven't gotten the sust flu and I feel great so... everyone's body reacts differently to the shit! I actually get great back pumps out of this shit and I rarely get any good back pumps. I know I've only been training for 2 years but I feel I've gained quite a bit since I first started at 115 lbs at 5' 10" to growing to 170lbs at 5'11". And I've been like that for a while now! I feel I need a little bit of a boost. I'm not saying that what you guys are saying is wrong because you're completely right I'm new to this and don't know much. But I did do a lot of research before I started. I will do my experimenting and I actually plan on using a single ester next time to see how that works. But like I said thanks for all the input guys it's been an experience!
