    Just wanted to share some before / after

    I just wanted to share with you guys some samples of my "better body" journey.

    This first picture was taken in november, 2002.

    Routine

    Well actually weight measures were not among the biggest changes at all. In the before pictures i was 185 lbs , after pictures i was 195 lbs.

    Lifting, cardio, diet, supplements and steroids were all involved.

    I guess it just took me a great time to realize what worked for me and i just found it.

    The pictures are 6 months apart.

    For me:

    Lifting - Always as hard as i can, that i way i loose fat and get bigger.

    One body part a day. 6 days on, 1 off.

    Cardio - Every other day, 20-30 min, first thing in the morning, empty stomach, HIIT style.

    Diet - Clean, nothing strenuous, i canīt loose much when i diet too hard, so i just took it easy, clean foods. At the end i always made it so i had a daily caloric deficit , but nothing over 500 calories. Fat loss kept going smooth all the time like that. Slow but always there. I have tried some wacky diet manipulation sometimes but i always found i was loosing control over where my body was going to i sticked to the known basics.

    Supplements - Whey and multivitamin

    Drugs - Oh man, here i learned the most. Estrogen played plays a big role in my body so i just introduced femara on my cycles, grew well off of test - fina , winstrol , ox and eq were also among the drugs used, split into two cycles. T3 and clen were used for a while also.

    The two cycles were not heavy, though they were not light. I just wanted to get to know what each drug would do in my body. From what iīve seen, i was driven to believe and rely on test, eq and winny. Tren and ox are great, but they cost too much and it is not like outta this world results.

    First cycle was test and tren, second was test, tren, winny , ox and eq.

    I guess i learned the very best lesson of all. No matter what, only consistensy leads you somewhere. Donīt expect to wake up and see results, with time theyīll start coming and once they start to come they wonīt stop.

    Real noticeable change bro.
    You lost tons of fat while still gaining 10 lbs.
