    After 10 weeks bulking...

    Here's a couple pics from tonight to show my progress up to now....this winny's got me getting harder and more vascular as each day passes. I love it! And I'm up 23 pounds since starting this cycle back in April.

    3 more weeks to go...

    Great update pics. You have me itchin to start a cycle very soon. Looks like you are doing very well. That's a lot of weight to put on without looking soft and holding water. Looks like you have found exactly the right mix for you.

    How many days a week you working out right now? You said no cardio before, is that still the case?

    Yup, sure is impressive. Looking real big, full and cut all at the same time. You sure you're not getting ready do to a show

    I have to give props to you guys that can actually keep up with a strict diet and workout regiment while not actually getting ready for a show or anything. Takes a lot of determination for sure.

    I don't like you. You shouldn't be allowed to use the term bulking like you do. You're ruining my illusions, and my illusions are all i've got. The fact that my abs, veins and dress pants dissapear for a few months each winter, while sad, is quite fun, and it is only under the guise of a "bulking" phase that I can get away with this. A pox on you...a greater pox on you if my girlfriend ever sees these pics and figures out a "bulking phase" can be done without getting chunky.

    Seriously though, my hat comes off to you...that is something to behold.

    Thanks for all the really nice words bros. I appreciate it.

    Vice-my current routine is a 2 day on, 1 day off split. I do chest/tris, back/bis/forearms, rest, shoulders/abs, legs, rest, repeat. 12-15 sets for big body part, 9-10 for small ones. Reps are anywhere from 20 to 4, depending on the muscle being worked.

    Scottp=I'm lifting about 5 days a week, no cardio

    dangit- thanks big guy...I hope to do a show next spring though

    GetNBig-I'm getting ready to start week 11 of this cycle:
    1-4: dbol 30mgs/ED
    1-9: sust 750mgs/wk (stopped 1 week early b/c of shortness of breath probs)
    8-13: primobolan 200mgs/wk
    8-13: winny 50mgs/ED
    liquidex,nolvadex ,clomid

    gundam- I'll post up some "before" pics when I get the chance bro

    BigGreen-I'm really buying into Jay Cutler's bulking diet...eating big and clean. Lots of calories but all from quality sources. It's allowed me to grow without adding excess fat. I can eat 500 grams of carbs ED without adding fat. Jay eats 1,000 grams a day when bulking and 300-400 when cutting!

    leanmachine-This is my 2nd cycle. Before I started AS (1 year ago) my stats were 6' 1/2", 194 pounds, 12% BF. Arms were 16 3/4", legs were 23"! Today, at same height, I'm 224 pounds, 8% BF, arms 18", legs 26". I'll post some b4 pics from last year later bro.

    I'm getting very intense pumps. My delts really get tight as hell when I work them, it's almost painful. And anything that stresses the lower back flares that shit up to the point I have to sit down and rest for a minute. The pumps make me feel like I'm on dbol again, actually. But I don't know if it's the winny or the primo causing that.

    Thanks bro...my strength shot up 20% while on dbol , slowly increased from weeks 4-8, now after being on winny for a few weeks, it's steadily climbed even further. Last night I was squatting 365 for 7-ass to the floor deep-reps on my last 2 sets and I never go that heavy. Next week, I'm gonna push it up to 4 plates and see what I can do. On the incline bench this past week, I got 225 for 12 reps and 275 for 4. Military presses I'll work up to 185 for 6 or 7 with the BB and I've gotten the 100 DBs for 6. Tomorrow's back day and I will work up to 265 for 6-7 reps on BB rows.

    Gee, I think PROSOMEDAY's got me on size for a while. But, I'm 100% committed to growing and pushing it further. I've always been fascinated by pro bodybuilders and the size they've reached. I would kill to be that big...but it's gonna take several more years. I'm in this game for life so I've got time to work on it.

    Hey, Pumpseeker! Bro, you doing a great job! Man, your motivation and perseverance are pumping you real good. Diet, training and your cycle may be an important part, but your motivation's the real key! And that motivation's getting to be contagious!

    Man, delts are looking freaky! Vascularity has really come out! What did you tell your mom when she asked you? LOL I must tell you, you're preparing a great package there. It will only be a matter of time to grow pro. You got the balls and dedication that are necessary to get there! So keep up the good work.

    I've also been training seriously and getting great results. Nice separation and size in delts and improving over all. Hope I can post some pics soon. Know I owe you! Had problems with my camera. Let's see when I can fix that.
