    Twelvety.

Seriously mate, some look better leaner than others. Better to get pics done outside in the middle of an overcast day.

I was just about to say ~15%, even spread so it may be even lil more but otherwise easy to work with at such good build

    Thanks guys

Id be very happy with 12% which is more than achievable

Ive struggled with meal prep since starting my own business, manual work all day, admin work on an evening, ive managed to eat well and train hard but not eat clean as much as id like

Im getting used to it now and its starting to settle down so diet has been improving recently, just need to keep it on track

12% is a very realistic and as you said achievable. and once you get to your goal then you can shoot for a new goal. one little step at a time.

I've used a meal prep service in the past, that really helped when I was burned out on prepping.

To me thats not a proper bodyfat guess, same as adding photo filters

I tense a lil but even then for the most accurate bodyfat estimate we should be relaxed?

    Towards the end of PCT
Feel slightly leaner? Droped a few lbs on scales and strength has gone down, cant train as long either
I hit the gym intense and lift what i can and get out

ive lost weight and fullness but i feel great, its a psycolgical hit when reaching my PB in for example bench, now i cant lift near it atm, im like 15kg off but still benching 135kg x 4 reps

    On cycle i hit 150kg x 1.5 reps

I just try to ignore it, but its annoying, everyone in my gym was so impressed but now i cant lift that

Heres me on my day off, no tensing, no filters

    5ft8 188lbs
