How old are you? Have you gone over the first cycle sticky?

If you think you're ready plan it out completely and research as much as you can before you jump on a cycle

Like Goalinmind asked, whats your age and have you done your research?

You need to weigh the risk/reward and see if it's really worth it for you. You run the risk of damaging your natural testosterone permanently after your cycle... and nobody wants to be on TRT injecting yourself 2 times a week for the rest of their life, especially in their 20s...trust me.

When you say lifting for 3 years, was it consistent with no breaks? Also, if you mean not making gains as not being able to gain weight/eat enough calories then steroids are not going to help that problem at all...they don't add weight and it wont be magic for your appetite either.

The only way to make gains with steroids or without is to eat in a calorie surplus (gain weight). If I were you I would try to go from 169 to 180 lbs naturally before thinking about a cycle because if you don't gain any weight on your cycle you arent going to gain any muscle no matter how many steroids you take.

Once you get your diet down and you are able to gain or lose weight when you choose then I would start to think about cycling. The #1 thing ive learned in this game is it's all about diet and not just what you eat but how much.

    Good luck

im 27 the 3 years was without breaks. in the 3 years i went from 147-180 i wasent eating enough at first since i never thought it would take 4000 calories to gain weight. at the end of my bulk i noticed i was starting to gain more fat than muscle at the rate im at it is going to take me 5+ years to get where i want to be. i realy want to do a cycle to help reach my goals a little quicker but am just unsure if i should.

Don't be afraid of gaining some fat during a bulk, its nearly impossible not to. It sounds like if gaining weight was a problem then losing some fat should be easy, after your bulk keep the protein high and the calories low. Everyone is different but bulking/cutting has always worked for me, whenever I start to hit a wall in one direction I start going in the other. Just be patient, its a marathon not a sprint, getting to your dream body will take years even with steroids

A lot of people here will most likely tell you to wait and put on more mass before cycling, but if you think you are ready and your diet is on point do what you want. I am on TRT for the rest of my life so I have never gone through a PCT, but a very common post on this board is people losing everything they gained on cycle and adding fat after cycle/during PCT. Also the risk of having Low T the rest of your life, which reallly makes it hard to even maintain muscle...let alone build more. But if you are smart and keep your diet, training, and motivation up during PCT you should keep a fair amount of muscle.

Make sure you read the First Cycle thread here and also make sure you have everything on hand before your cycle (AI, HCG , and PCT meds) because you dont want to be stuck needing them and having to wait who knows how long for an underground lab to send them in the mail.

Good luck man, let us know what you do and how it goes
