I think you have a very goo0d base! Chest and shoulders look good hard to see the rest with just one pic. Are you planning a cycle?

I'm sorry for the quality of the photo (however there was lot of light), I'll try to take some photos soon (I borrow the camera to a friend)...
Thank you xtremesport14 for your opinion
If you speak about a steroids cycle: no I don't want to use it before I'm bigger,
If you speak about a training cycle: I train with 6-15 reps for 1 set and I do 5 sets for 1 exercise, and I often do 4 exercises for 1 muscle (1 muscular group), so I don't want to gain maximum of force but maximum of mass (muscle)
Finally I train one muscular group per day (I rest the week end):
_Monday: shoulders (with some reps for traps)
_Tuesday: arms (biceps and triceps) + abs
_Wednesday: chest
_Thursday: legs + abs
_Friday: back and traps (with some reps for biceps)Last edited by Mc_Klin; 07-07-2003 at 03:08 AM.

I agree, the chest and shoulders look really good. If you hadn't said it, I wouldn't have believed that you were fat. You look naturally lean. Hit the weights hard and keep the protein high and fat low. REDROCK

Thank you for your opinion redrock
My weight decreased from 220 lbs to 176 lbs on two months, so I decided to go to the gym and several months later my weight was 190 lbs
But I always keep fat on abs :/

Looking good there bro! You do have a good base and the size will come in time with the effort. Your chest to waist ratio looks good. The only thing I would suggest is to change your workout routine. According to you routine it is better to do Chest on Fridays. Here is how I would do it
Monday: shoulders (with some reps for traps)
Tuesday: back / forearms
Wednesday: Legs & abs
Thursday: Chest (with some reps for traps)
Friday: arms (biceps & triceps)
IN this order you are keeping some space b/w shoulders and chest. Also you will not exert your tricpes just before chest day.
If you still want to change it up a bit I usually do triceps on chest day and biceps on leg day. That way I have some recovery time b/w back/biceps and chest/triceps.
