    Cool Still Natty Before and After

    so i found a pic i took of myself like 6 months into lifting. took a couple the other day to see the difference.
    legs looking decent too. my hamstrings are clearly visible when i sitting down with some shorts on. calfs pretty defined but not big.
    im skinny if the photos weren't clear enough lol
