well i'll give you a comment

it looks like you have some muscle mass goin for ya, but it also looks like you have some bodyfat to burn and some size left to put on...i'm definitely no expert but i would think that you have more natural potential to be used without turning to steroids again

but hey, to each his own

Your bf is fine, you have excellent genetics in terms of muscle shape, what you need right now is not criticism but persistence and dedication.

If your nutrition is not in order, that's what you would need to look at.

    Thanks for all the posts

Yes, at this moment of time I want to put on some good quality mass and I'm not to concerend about my Body fat.

I train between 5-6 day's a week and eat at least 5 meals a day but somewhere in my routine I'm missing a link and can't seem to put my finger on it.
My current goal is to reach 90kg

The missing link may be that you are only eating five times a day. I would reccomend trying to eat more like 8 or 9 times a day, this would include your protien shakes. I saw alot of improvement when I did this. Good luck

I agree. You need to eat at least 6-7 meals a day. Lay out your diet for us to critique.

Btw, good base, but you should bulk for a couple years and just try to gain weight. I'll take a look at your cycle

Your diet looks really good actually. I would make it 12 egg whites/1 yoke and a full cup of oatmeal for breakfast. Meals 2 and 4 don't have enough complex carbs. Add a couple slices of rye bread. Meal 3-carrots don't do much for Bodybuilders...I replace with broccoli or lima beans. Also, how much rice or spaghetti is in a "portion"? I'd look to get at least 50-100 grams of carbs in each meal.

Also, what's with the "extra chest" day?

Also if u want to burn some of that fat you should work out later on in the day if possible......Workin out in the mourning is good when bulking but if ur trying to burn some fat u should work out later because you will burn some of those calories of that u ate....

broccoli, Damm, Vegies are my worst Enemy.
As for the Extra chest day, I have a long and wide chest it's so difficult to put on some mass in that area.
pumpseeker, If I add a banana to both meal 2 and 4 would that be ok ?
