IMO if you want to lose more of the weight bump your cardio up to 45 min. Keep that heart rate up and you will see a big difference! Just my .02

What should I do now to take off more of the gut. I do 200 situps a day for the past 2 weeks and doesn't look much different. I am going to try to cut more carbs from my diet and do a little more cardio. Do you think that will cut it down???

TIME TIME TIME.....It takes time to lose the gut. But look at the progress you have already made. Like I said earlier. Boost your cardio up to 45 min at the least and it will help you burn quicker, Also do this on an empty stomach!! Good luck and keep working hard. It is already paying off for you!!

Hit the cardio 1st thing in the morning before eating, I'd say 45 minutes every day! Lift weights 5 x a week!
Start eating 7-8 high protein meals a day. Stick with complex carbs except post workout, where you should drink a recovery shake w/ around 30-40g. protein, 50-100g. sugar. Eat more green vegetables for your carbs, these have less calories, high fiber, & they'll fill you up. I'd shoot for high protein, moderate-low carb, and moderate fat. You need to figure out the appropriate numbers. Myself when cutting, I go 350 grams protein, 150-200 grams carbs, 80 grams fat (roughly 50% P, 25% C and 25% F.)
By the looks of your pics, I'd say it will take 3 months to drop your BF down to 7-8% if you follow my advice strictly and don't cheat but maybe 1 meal a week. No need for AS here but if you're dead set, test prop, winny and eq or primo would be a great cutting stack for you.
