1 year hard training....pic
Hey guys. Im a new guy here, i just wanted to post up a pic. Ive been training hard for about a year now. Ive gained over 20lbs in the past year naturally. Im 19 so i plan on holding off on gear for a few more years. Just trying to learn as much as i can now.
Height: 5 6''
Weight: 125lbs (i was a freakin bean pole)
Im up to a solid 150 now. Im just trying to bulk as much as possible. I want to hit legs hard this winter cause im lackin big time in that area. Im shootin for another 10-15 lbs this coming year. I think its possible.
Any advise /critiqing (sp?) as appreciated.

chest looks good,........ and arms... keep eating and lifting like you have been ...20lbs is nice work...

damm you look good for 150 just wait till you hit 180 190 dude youl be huge.

I would say that you chest is your best part..dont forget about legs...

Wow. It is refreshing to see someone who actually trained for some time. It seems like there have been alot of newbies posting "look at me, I'm a skinny runt, but in a month I'll be huge" pics lately.
Sorry just had to vent. Definately looking good! I tip my hat to you.
You obviously trained very well!

Great natural work! i'd say delt's need to catch up but it's hard to tell when guys flex in pictures like you are. If you do it wrong, BOOM! goodbye delts! hehe
