    Cool First pics post ever 6 months of training FEEDBACK PLEASE!

    The first pics were taken on January 10, 2003 the last pictures were taken on August 03, 2003. As you can see a tan certainly makes a difference. I am looking for some feedback about what you guys think I need to work on. I know my legs are lacking, but I have always had small legs. Any comments, good or bad, will be appreciated! Thanks

    Looks like you put on some good lean mass... keep it up, are you trying to bulk or cut? What are your stats? From these pics i'd say work on your tris but would need a side shot to be sure..

    Thumbs up stats

    here are my current stats:
    Waist 33"
    Biceps 14.5"
    Forearms 12.5"
    Chest 43.5"
    Thigh 22.25"
    Calf 14.25"

    Only small improvements over the last 6 months! I started 6 months ago to bulk. I worked on it for 4 months then I have been trying to cut for only about 1 1/2 months now. I started at about 15% bf at 160lbs. Right now I am around 174lbs between 9-11%bf. I am getting ready to start a new diet to really rip up the abs. I also want to be around 7%bf. Hope it works!

    lats need work ! badly ! i had ur problem, then i started doing insane wide-grip pulls-ups everytime i worked out ! try it ! do 4 sets before each workout. squeeze !
