    B4 cycle pics(2 week in pics added)

    Here are a few pics before the start of my cycle. Will be runing sus at 500mg week for 8 weeks, d-bol for first 4 weeks at 30mg a day, nolva throughout, and clomid to end for 3 weeks.

    Stats;

    Weight about 180lb
    Bf 11.5%
    Biceps 15"
    Waist 33.5"
    Legs 22"
    Chest 44"

    Any thought's on what to work on the most while on the gear?? What to focus most effort on?? Any comments more than welcome.

    I would say D.L. for some thickness in your back...and tri's seem to be lagging a bit..Look good otherwise!

    Post a front double bi's. Makes a good progress shot and it's easier to see weaknesses and strengths.

    Diet for the last few months has been simple bulking. 6-7 meals a day 3 of which are shakes.
    I don't worry to much about fat content as I find it really hard to put on ANY fat. Sounds good at first but it's hard as f**k when trying to bulk. Cals are at about 6k at the moment (almost 2 weeks into cycle now) protein 300g.

    On another note cycle is going good 6lb gain so far almost 2 weeks in. will post another couple of pics soon.

    P.S how do you guys measure your chest??
    Flexed or relaxed?
    Under the armpits or lower, like the nipple area?

    Oh yeah start weight was 176lb not 180lb as I first thought. all other stats are correct though.

    A few pics 2 weeks into cycle.

    Stats;

    7lb gain so far, been running 20mg nolva throughout so gains so far seem fairly good quality. (Not much water)

    1/2" on arms

    1 1/2" on chest

    1" on legs

    Any advice on what to focus most effort on???

    Lats and Triceps are still no1 priority.

    Looking good definately good base. Here is my thoughts you need to run the cycle more than 8 weeks more like 12. You also need to run the Sus every other day so yes you should get more. As for you body lower back/lats need a little work. Arms and shoulders look like they are your strong point. Post us a front shot of your chest/abs and legs also.

    Great Improvements

    You have made some great improvements in size as well as thickness. I really wanna see the end result in your overall cycle. You need to post a front shot to see what gains have been made there as well. Have you lost some body fat in this cycle too? You actually look a bit leaner. Your doing well bro keep up the great improvements.

    Thanks a lot I'll get a double bicep up tomorrow. I'm sick at the moment with a bad cold so not much else to do!

    I've only gained about 12-13lbs so far the test is really starting to kick in now so the next couple of weeks should be good! I think I may have lost a little b/f though.

    Phatsac (if your still on line or any others, have you guys ever trained while sick. Like I said I have a cold at the moment but It's REALLY hard to stay out the gym as my gains are peaking now. But on the other hand I don't want to make myself sicker by overdoing it.

    Any thoughts???

    While sick

    Yah i have trained while i was sick but i would not say to do this i think it just prolonged my illness. I would say rest up but i know what you mean when you say how hard it is to stay out of the gym. Specially now that your in peak im sure you really wanna throw the weights around. If i were you i would make sure my temp was down and as long as your holding food down i would work out. If you cant eat you wont gain anyway so no reason to hit the weights. Just my thoughts thou.

    double bi before, then six weeks (well 5 1/2) in. Gain is about 13lbs so far hoping for about 20lbs but up to 25lbs would be great!

    Man..your lookin' great..I have to take some before pics of my self and then after my next cycle...You should def. be happy!!! I can tell from your pics that your strength has got to be up...the chest traps and back are gettin' thick...keep it up!!

    Yeah strength is good chest is up the most (40lb so far on bench!)
    BTW is it just me or does the whole right side of me look bigger than the left??!! Trap bicep delt?

    It almost looks to me that the one side has a larger muscle...I mean a longer muscle...Its not that noticable...and I dont feel as if it that one is underdeveloped...everybody has that one bodypart that is a bit bigger of different than another..my left leg is bigger that my right by 1/2 inch...oh well...

    Yeah I suppose it doesn't really matter. you don't see it yourself though untill you look at a set of pics!

    As far as the cycle goes, now I'm gonna hit tri's really hard, also lats. I think that's what I need to bring up the most. It's hard though, the body parts that respond the best you enjoy training the most!

    Thanks hawk,

    I have changed my trap workout somewhat over the last couple of months. Going lighter with the dumbells roling the shoulders front to back as well as up and down really slow though with good form.
    Rather just going as heavy as I could.
    Seems to be working. I think the d-bol ans sus may have something to do with it as well though!!
