Well I am up to about the same size as I was here. I was gone for a while due to shoulder surgery then a hernia scare...never had one tho, but here for the newer guys that never seen pics of me..my 10 month natural transition

Yeah it sucks when an injury sets you back...........but all in all thats a very good transformation bro

well aside from the protein, creatine, and occasional prohormones it was natural. I mean I didnt juice at all in that pic =\

Thanks for the compliment bro. You actually have a build I would love to achieve man, if I got your build I would be happy. I actually posted these pics when I started on this board, but I checked the thread the other day and for some reason my pic was not on there anymore, so I reposted.
