I havent been on anything for a while now. Got into a car wreck and had some personal problems now am getting back into it and started my cycle yesterday. I posted it a not too long ago its a biggie.

Once the first of the year hits, its on for dieting down. Have a few shows i want to do in April so its bulking til Jan 1st then cut time.
