    actually i havent measured in a while, i will and get back to u.. yeah im trying like hell to cut down on the BF%.. its not easy

    actually i did do 1, a winny only cycle.. but that was for my strength and density mostly.. in all honesty i didnt start getting the streches until a good 6 months after the cycle.
