bump
weigh in today after physical therapy
drumroll..
166. all time high by a lot. Looks like i'm going to reset my goal for mid month. I think i can throw on another 4 lbs in 2 weeks, making me an even 170. Is the scale off? Started creatine up again about 4 days ago, so it's probably water weight. Been putting on a little pudge in the ab section/butt but that's ok.

Well, i've been called out by some newbie member in the steroid forum. He says there's no way i could have gained 20 lbs naturally in 3 months. Over thanksgiving weekend, i weighed in at 171. I'm pretty sure i started this log in sept. at 153. So.. When i hit 173... and you all won't have to wait long for it.. i'm going to be posting pics.
Keep in mind that this is all natural gains.. big ol legs and others convinced me long ago to keep it natural.

your diet is absolutely horrible. you're not eating nearly enough and the food you are eating is complete ****. I'd go over to abcbodybuilding.com and check out their nutrition info! maybe you can learn something.

Hey! You definitely have a great base but the leg injury thing is of some concern, I think. Have you considered holding off doing a cycle until you can train legs properly so that your upper body and lower body dont get too unbalanced?
OK I am a crackhead. I posted before realizing there were several pages to this thread. Haha. Oh well, I hope your physio is going well.Last edited by chicamahomico; 12-03-2003 at 06:48 PM.

now, whoever said that you can't gain 20 lbs naturally in only a couple months.. you're wrong. I'm up for any criticism and weak point analysis. thanks guys. I'll post my legs when i get a chance to. They're still weak because i can't train heavy b/c of recent knee surgery.. but it's getting better.

I think you made awesome progress in the wing span of your back. You can tell in the back and front double bi pics. Overall thicker too. Congrats.

Oh, do you do neck exercises? In my opinion you can beef that up a little more, esp the back of your neck. You can see in your rear double bi how there are two distinguished lines leading up to your hair. I had that 2 months ago, and I’ve broadened it out more and I like it. Just something simple I think you might find more appealing if you work on it. Keep up the hard work.

Thanks everyone.
as far as the neck, i'm hard pressed.. i've got to keep it around the same size or my shirts won't fit anymore.. and i can't afford new shirts lol. I'm going to try to beef my traps up though, which should help a bit with that while still alowing me to breathe with a tie on.

Maybe a mod could move this to the proper forum.
"2 yolks for omega 3 fats"...? I thought omega 3 came from fish...?

Chris it looks like you made some good gains! your arms look like you made some good improvements... whats the measurement increase? Good job on staying lean while bulking. Now keep on adding that weight, your frame looks like it needs over all mass.

Great job on staying lean and bulking for sure! I'm also interested to hear the measurements and how much they increased (basically I just repeated what bigol' said)
-
12-07-2003, 11:55 PM #105
arms before were only 14.5.. now around 16, both measurements cold flexed.
waist before and after is identical... 27 1/2
i wish i had taken a chest measurement, but if i had to guess it's probably gone up by at least 1 1/2 - 2 inches.. i feel i got the most gain in lat and chest thickness.Last edited by chrisAdams; 12-08-2003 at 12:01 AM.

Don't take this the wrong way but how could your arms be 16 inches unflexed? That would mean their like 18s flexed?????
-
12-08-2003, 12:01 AM #107
whoops, sorry. meant to type flexed, but cold.

12-08-2003, 12:03 AM #108
OHHHH, you had me REALLY confused, I thought maybe you measured wrong or were like 7 feet tall haha!

over-all mass. chris start packing on the lbs... looks like your doing a good job! your back needs to be widened... you have a wide waist.

Not bad at all, I see your neck got a little bigger, which is good. Overall, a very nice improvement, the majority of the weight looks solid.

today i'm 173... Thinking about trying out some NO2... as thus far the only thing i've used has been creatine. anyone used this?

New pic. I'm at 175 and i feel a little leaner/harder. It's been around a month since my last update, and i've been focusing a lot on my back and shoulders. I added deadlifts about three weeks ago because i'm finally able to do them again. Anyway, here's a progress pic in my back from last month to this. The camera distance is a little different, but the improvements in mass and definition should be obvious.

Well, it's been a while since i've updated, but i'm deadlifting again, and still squatting light. I've set/tied a few personal bests..
335 deadlift, raw, no straps/belt
275 bench, last night. very happy.
