Wow. thanks for the complements bros, I really didn't expect them. I have never been a good judge of myself and it is hard to get an accurate and objective picture of yourself in a mirror. I figured I would invest in a camera and see what others think.
Mass Junkie- I have been training pretty steadily for the last five years, but as you can understand sometimes life throws you a curve and different priorities take precedence so there have been periods where I have taken a month off.
Shutupnbench- Stats are 5'7, 208. Can anyone make a guess on my BF%? I was thinking in the area of 15% but I don't really know.
BigMikeJ- My workout is based on a very simple concept, work each muscle harder than the previous workout. For example, if I do 135 on the T-bar row for 4 sets of 8,8,8,8 then the next time I do back I make sure that I get at least 9 or 10 reps on at least 2 of the 4 sets. In this way the muscle group is pushed harder each time (even if it is only 1 rep) which, in theory should result in growth. This is where keeping a journal can help.

Not sure on BF%, honostly calipers are cheap grab a pair and check it out. Dude you are the man, thats some awesome development. Keep pumping hard. Im jealous for sure.

Bro you look great .. can definitetly tell you've got you shit straight. Just one thing I've noticed from the pics (and it could just be from the way you're posing), your right side looks much 'stronger' than the left. I know a lot of guys struggle with this type of thing, have you noticed anything in you training to suggest this?
