Hi, im 15 years old. I been lifting for about 2 years. And i want to know what other supplements that are safe for my age. I already been takeing creatine, protien, L-glutamine, and other amino acids.
How about these ones:
Im already pretty big and learn for my age. But for me the bigger the better

at 15 years old i would concentrate on just getting into good shape, i would stress over being huge.
I know how you feel i was the same way when i was your age.
The most important things to building a great physique is what you eat and how much you eat.
creatine is good, But doesnt work well with everyone, it tends to make you hold alot of water, make sure to drink tons of water while on creatine.
Protein shakesare always a good way to go and are probaly the most important supplement anyone can take.
L-glutamine and other aminos are good, but not necisary at your age.
