Hello! I'm finally back in the gym! After five weeks of no training and no suplements at all! I've been sick and had som family problems and so on! I've started training again two weeks ago! Before my break I was about 206lbs, two weeks ago I was at 196, but now I',m back at 200lbs.
My height is 6,1" And I've been training 18-20months.
What do you guys think about my BF%? 11-12?
