    Dude,

Hard to tell since the lighting is different in the pics. I see a little progress but pretty much looks the same...which isn't bad...nice cuts and definition.

What are your stats? Cycles? Diet?

I'm 6"2 about 210 right now.I have never taken a cycle or ph and have been training for about 1.5 years. Over the last 4 months i started doing deads and bent over BB rows in alternating weeks and it's put a lot of thickness on my back.

Little more thickness in the after pic. Like BiggerBri said though, hard to tell much difference with the lighting and all. You've got a good base to start something, IMO. Btw, looks to me like somebody's not working forearms. Am I right?

do you actually set aside an excersise for your forearms?

i would figure with rows, deads and all that sorta stuff you'd have em pretty much covered

Hell yes! I always do at least 6 sets for forearms on arm day. Wrist curls...BB or DB, reverse or straight, rope wrist curls, reverse grip BB curls, etc. There are several good exercises for forearms.

I want those thick ass forearms you see on the pros. You don't get those from secondary action, that's for sure! My forearms are a little over 14" now...I'd like to get em somewhere around 16"!

I agree, forearms are one of my favorite looking muscles, and they don't grow like they should from secondary resistance. That woud be kind of like saying calves don't need working because they get worked when you walk.. I need me some Lee Priest looking chicken wings.
