    My transformation

    Watching Andre Avigadors photos of his fantastic bodytransformation (great work there!) encouraged me to show you my results from my first year of training.

    1 year ago i was a chubby sixteenyear old guy at 86 kg. After my diet in may i weighed 69 kg, and now in september i weigh 83-84 kg.

    This is my results at 1 year:

    Good job. Keep up the good work. If only I could force myself to do cardio. Not bad for 17 yrs old. You should be picking up all the freshmen through seniors in your highschool.

    Ofcourse I haven´t cycled anything but Kreatin. I believe I´m way to young to be doing taking any kind of hormones. I´ll keep build upp my body for another 7 years or so and then I can rethink my opinion about steroids .
