It's quite hard to give you feedback just judging from one picture! But It seems like you have nice triceps and mass on the chest. Good overall mass!

I say mass is king...............keep bulking.........cut three months out for next summer..............as far as vitamins......I take a multivitamin twice a day......eat a ton of food...........and a shake after my morning workout and a shake after my evening workout............

heres my deal i got some fat and extraskin on me i dont want to gain all fat so how should my reps look and all im gonna do is eata gram a protein per pound complex carbs only lift 8,6,4 3 3 to 4 sets each body part to multvitamins a day after 2 months add creatine

is this what do u suggest
my reps are 4 excersises per body part except bi's i do 3.....3 sets that consist of 8,6,4, go up in weight each set

yeah bro....thats looks about right..........Go as heavy as you can and maintain good form
set-(1) 7-8 reps
set-(2) 6-7 reps
set-(3) 5-6 reps
set-(4) 4-5 reps

have u eva heard of no2 is it good im gonna do like a month of heavy duty training b4 my creatine then take the creatine 4 a couple of minhs then looking 4 maybe an andro or something to do b4 i go on my 3 month cut phase b4 summa ehat do u suggest
