15 year old measurements....how im I doing?
OK here I go...
Chest: 41 inches
Arms: 15 inches
forearm: 11 inches
waist: 31 inches
Weight: 168
Height: 5"9
Body Fat: 13-14% (im not sure)
Bench max out: 225
Military press max out: 145
Barbell curl: 110-115
Sorry but my legs are to embarrassing to measure....
I been lifting for about a year and a half...when I first started I was 125 lb. at 5"7. Then I went up to 185 lb. ... now IM at 168 lb.
Sorry I don't have any pictures, but IM hoping to find a digital camera soon ... from the sound of it, how IM I doing?
