    I believe if you do an edit on your original post at the top you have the option to delete and then you can repost in the pictures forum.

    Nice delts! Serious size on them; but not sooo much that it overshadows your chest. Abs are looking tight! The pics are hard to see; maybe if you post better ones including back and leg shots we could help you out more.

    What's your training, diet, and cycle history like?

    hi

    thanx dude..yea i know these pics suck..i will get some better ones..well, im 22yrs old, 6'2, 234lbs..been workin out for five yrs..the last 3yrs ive been eating every 2-2.5hours every single day, i never been in a cycle but i will be in my first with in 2months..i still need advice on what to take..also workout every day only rest on suns..i am into medium sets for example in chest work outs i do...
    Incline---wu--8--8--8
    bench---8--8
    decline---8--8
    dips----2 x 25, then i always do 2heavy sets of tricep pulldowns wit chest..
    in my program, instead of doing day on day off, i work out every day and do big group, small groop. for example
    mon---chest & 2sets triceps in the end (6 then 8 reps)
    tues---biceps
    wed---legs
    thur---triceps
    fri----back--2sets biceps
    sat---shoulders & 2sets triceps
    sun--off

    the reason i do triceps so much is because they never get sore. as for the pics i posted different ones under different threads so there wouldnt be no point in posting in this reply...il just wait to get some new pics
