Just posting a few pics. In these pics I'm around 210. Been working my rear end off in the gym for the past several months. Next week, I'll begin my 3-week volume training routine.

looking good and bulked... how tall are you, let me take a guess... the same height as me, 5'10"?

Not bad. You drop some body fat and you’d have a nice “little” physique going on. I think you may need to work on lower chest though. Looks a little flat, get a little ledge going. Do you have any back or leg shots?

Not bad, do you work your hamstrings at all? Looks like the quads are a little overbearing, but it’s hard to tell from the pic. Looking all around solid dude. Are you preparing a cycle any time soon?

I do work the hams, but it's mostly leg curls and occassionally deadlifts. The muscles are there, but it's hard to get a good picture of them separated. I'll have to dig through my files and see if I have an old pic.

I'm not that versed on the juices, so right now I'm going to stay juice free. I have good genetics, so I have that going for me. I'll have to get more informed on steriods and prohormones if I ever intend on using them. However, I've made a vow that I would be a natural bodybuilder.Quote:

Thanks $L-Money, In December, I did a volume training series and got good results from it. Now, I'm concentrating on doing several exercises for each muscle group trying to hit them from various angles. I hope to post some updated pics next month.Quote:

Thanks, AD. My weight has been sticking around the 210 lbs. mark for the past several weeks. I'm not doing a full blown bulking diet b/c I don't want to gain too much fat. Right now, I can see some definition; my body fat is probably around 15% (estimate). I'm taking L-carnitine and soon CLA to help me get rid of the stubborn bodyfat on obliques. No one has ever mentioned it to me before. I'm thinking that you are referring to the first pic on this thread (mm pose). I see what you are talking about, and it may have to do with the lighting, which is accentuating the left pec more. I'll post a right side pic from Sept. 2003 for a comparison.Quote:
