Looking awesome bro. You got some sweet shoulders, and overall muscles look great. Keep going natural, and pump till you drop!!!

    Looking good bro!

Looks like you've build a good foundation already.

Keep up the Natural training, I trained Naturally for 9 years.

didn/t start the AS until 27 years old!

And I'm greatful today because my bodyweight never drops below
235lbs even after a year off the sauce.

    keep up the good work

    thanks guys

just thinking about how much longer i should train before hitting a cycle, just wanna know if you guys think i have a good enough base to hit a nice first cycle nothing too big. Probably a couple of years to go before i would do it...hopefully

Peak...looking good brother. Nice delts, nice biceps. The only thing I would say is work on the triceps a little more (a little unbalenced in your front double biceps shot....but bi's look great). Also try and get your bf down a tad...the deposits on your lower back take away from that V- taper when hitting your back double biceps...I know because I have the same problem . Overall Peak, you've got a lot to work with. As far as AAS go...read, research and make the decision on your own. We can definately help when you decide what your goals are and what you feel will help get you there...and as you know training and diet have to be in order first. Keep up the great work buddy...let us know what you decide.

thanks pete, yeah i know i need to lose some body fat but at the moment trying to push over the 200lbs mark which i have never reached . I dont understand what you mean about my tri's in the back pic they look ok, maybe just a bad pic of the front pose

i know what you mean about my love handles, if i lost them i would have a better looking V-shape.

I have no idea what my bf level is, anyone want to take a guess?

    thanks

great base work a little more on your chest.... do a bit more incline exercises, try supersetting some exercises with dips or try dips with weight attached to ya... work on your abs... do swiss ball cunches with weight, do hanging leg raises, reverse crunches, rope crunches... try to strengthen your mid back... do bent over rows and close grip (medial grip) seat row drop sets...
overall, you got a GREAT base... you can get really big with the right diet and training that is... good luck...

PS hold off a bit longer on doing the cycle!
PPS be careful not to let your shlds over power your upperbody

I think you have some very nice size and shape. I would hit the bench or maybe inclines and work on that upper chest abit. 21 and natural I think over all you should be proud of what you have built!!!

No need to start a cycle until you’ve stopped growing. And even then you should adjust your training and diet first before going the A/S route. What Pete meant about your Tri’s is that they look good, but are overshadowed by your even better looking Bi’s. Balance is key my friend.

    P.S.
We can appreciate you blocking out your face in the shots, but don’t you think you should have taken your picture off of your mantle in pic number 3 for the anonymous approach to be really effective? Just asking.
