Hello all...
I been lifting in my home for the christmas holidays as my gym closed for 2 weeks :(
All i got is most bars,dumbells and a bench..But only sand weights,so i had to do a tonne of reps.
as u can see in this pic of me holding my 40 lbs dumbbell,sand weights are a joke to work with,its almost the size of a Truck Tyre :)

Just incase u were wandering about my stats.
I been working out serouisly now for 5 months,so give me time please before u see gains..
5ft 9" 190lbs,16 and 1/2" biceps,12" forearms,42" chest,17" neck
My weight before i began was 180lbs,so i've put on alot of muscle,and little fat..But i still gotta loose atleast 8 lbs of fat before u see my 4/6 pack :)

Looks like you got the right idea. 5 months is not very long to be training, so keep at it and the gains will come!
