hi bros

i am on a cycle of trenabol 75 mg eod mastabol 100 mg eod, 50 mg winny per day and 40 mg turanabol per day

this is a cutting cycle but i have gained weight (4lbs or so from the bodyweight vs lbm) and lost fat i am gonna to do a show in 2 weeks

excuse the poor lighting and these pics are taken totally cold no pump

I think i have come up quite a bit from last year any comments welcome and appreciated

Yeah the calves need work, they just don't work with ur quads, which the rest of you is awesome, for calves I would look into this website for the DOGGCRAPP training look for the section on calves it is killer, I was like you training my calves twice a week moving tons of weight, then I found the dc manual on this site and I incorporated the stretching and the static holds, if you don't walk funny when you done u aint doing it right.

there was 18 guys in the show, i think the juding was off (no sour grapes) but the top 3 though you could say were more symeterical than me in the legs this was only because they had no legs (calves and quads were ****) i just had **** calves also was told not cut enough lol
