My Pic1
Hey guys, I got a ques. I posted a pic of myself on here a few months back. Im about to do 16 shots of Sust 1 every 4 days, with clomid near the end, Not a big cycle. Its my first. and im not looking for much size, mainly strength. I figure ill do about 45 mins of hard cardio a day. and while im on the sust eat very good, and hopefully i wont end up with too much weight gain but i will keep my strength. sound good?? otherwise I will lose a lot of my strength if I do alot of cardio. I do powerlifting. and have never sauced. my bench is 405 my squat is 550 im 6'4" 320lbs

Catch 22
If you take test, you going to gain a bit of water weight at least. If you limit your calories and do the cardio your strenght gains will not be very good. In future, may want to go with things like Halo, fina, etc.. that way you get stronger but will not gain a lot of weight.

For powerlifting stick to the Halo's or do some fina , you won't gain much weight but your strength will go up.
The sus is a good idea for keeping muscle during cardio though!
why not do both? that way you could take less of the sus?
Looking massive BTW!

So I think im ready to hit the AS cause I seem to have dropped off in the gains dept. I want to do it, because I want to keep my strength and muscle while I do a lot of cardio. I will still eat lots and right. But want too lose BF. and when I lost weight before a lot of muscle went with it. NEVERAGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! lol thanx guys.

Brett Romberg is "da man" along with Bryant McKinnie & Joaquin Gonzalez. That O-line was amazing.
As for my stats, not very impressive, 6ft 2, 230(ish) and my bench REALLY sucks, a 1 rm of 1x 185. I still compete at a couple of PL meets in Florida, but only for my own satisfation, hey I know I ain't gonna beat any of the big goys, but I like to see if I can beet my last total at meets.
IOW, I compete against myself at PL meets.
Again I'll tell ya sweets, keep up the great work, you are an inspiration my brother.

And this fall im going to a juco in CA. and im working my butt of, I play guard, and im hoping for a D1 ride in the future. who knows we will see. im at 6'4" 320 right now and im hoping to be a solid 305 or so by season and improve my speed and agility as well as strength. Footwork is the KEY. and a little nastyness
Good luck with everybody's goals I hope all are reached! keep working hard! and I will too.

I lie, because actually I was born at Coral Gables General, which is of course in the Gables (but we know that is where the U of M is anyways LOL) But Miami has always been home, I come from a pioneer stock family, as they moved here from Atlanta, Ga, in 1898, and my Grandfather was born here in 1906.
I am 41, and graduated from Miami Coral Park High School in 1978 and undergraduate studies from U of Miami with a BA in History in 1982, MBA in 1988 and currently thinking of going back and getting my PhD.
I will be emailing you ASAP.

If you are a Blue fan, then you'd know our guy on the radio here in Miami, he used to be a TE for Mich in the late 1960's then went on to do a few things in the NFL (like catch a TD in SB VII for the 'Fins): his name is Jim Mandich. He's on WQAM 560 here in Miami every Mon-Fri 1-3 pm.
He's of course always spouting off about Meekchicken's glory !

And I wont even go into the horrible things he was saying about short people. Dude and he was saying how we only wish we colud look like him. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! !!! Wow he was actually ok and down to earth back then, wonder what happened to him to get the ego that he did cause he sure as hell never got his D1 ride. I also think his build was alot better there especially if you look at the two pics of his side. So this guy got even fatter and got the ego to go along with it.

Oh i am down to earth my friend, when some loser tells me to lose 80 lbs and he knows nothing about me or my goals. I take it personal. especially when he is about 5'7" understand? Guys think im arrogant and then Wham, the whole board tries to light me up. that's that way it goes in life, people hate arrogant people, so when i come across as arrogant everybody jumps on the trash talking banwagon. Plain and simple. oh and in those pics I was about 2 or 3 tenths of a second slower in the 40, as well as about 5 reps weaker on the bench. So im quite happy where i stand physically. As for yourself, now you can go back and play with your buddy sugar shane and chase that Vanier dream.

Man 'o' man this is still going on? I'll say my .02 and then I'll drop it. First of all Sweets, why do you keep coming back bro? Seriously, I'm not being a jerk, just asking. Do you want to learn about AAS or training or anything of that nature? I mean what motivated you to become a member here in the first place? If you're done here then fine. lets all drop it and move on...that means everybody...please, lets all grow up.

i'm just curious why everybody says, whoa, your huge and those are impressive lifts.
for real, they aren't and i am not impresed with his size at all. if i walked by him, i'd think heart attack sandwich.
i understand the idea behind positive reinforcement, blah, blah, but come on. sometimes i read these posts and wonder if i'm looking at the right pictures.
for criticism, i am a speed/strength specialist at a combine training facility. this years draft, which you eluded to in the previous post was one of the weakest as far as lineman are concerned. comparing your numbers to this years draft are a wash, i've spoken with more than a few agents who have said they are not going to make the big cash off of these athletes.
as far as being arrogant and people hating, what is there to hate? your height? surely not your body or your lifts so please save the bs.
your not going pro in football or powerlifting, so what is the reasoning behind being 40+% bodyfat? don't come to a web site based predominantly on bodybuilding and creating a pleasing physique and bash the members for not being as tall as you. you wanted criticism and you got it, if you don't like it go to a powerlifting board where you have common interests with the members. good luck.

Actually boys, the blood pressure is A1. There will be no heart attacks anytime soon. I beleive my athletic numbers are pretty good, I know none of you will agree with me because you all hate me and have your backs up. It's all good. 40+ % BF? funny, I dont think so

hey guys, I have personally nothing against Sweet_dog...he had a few bad posts, lets forget about it and move one.
Sweet- Common brah, stop arguing, i know some of the mgave you hard time and you may disagree on something with them, but every one to his own opinion. Just forget about and lets move on. It seems like you like this board if you keep coming up, so i say lets just settle the things down and forget about it.
Ok end of story....lets open a new page now
