another swedish teen
been training for 3 years of good training. started eating as you are supposed too for just 6months ago after a ****ty diet :/
bench 319lbs as most
squats I train on 330lbs
current BF 17% on 240lbs
if you wonder about any stats more than these just ask or have any questions

2 cycles with good food and the results are coming and now competition is soon at hand
have tried mostly dbol testo (sustanon ) deca winstrol and EQ
