My pictures after 6months...be gentle ,please lol
Allright...I realize that these pictures arent that great right now. This is me, 6 months of training / bulking. Before, I was 140 pounds of nothing but fat...pathetic. I wish I had a before picture to show everyone the improvement i've made. I'm now 175 pounds, 14-20% bf..somewhere around there. It will soon be time for the cutting phase, and I can't wait to see what i'll be like. This is my first year of very serious training, (proper diet, bulking, cutting, dedication to the gym). And i'm proud with the improvement of adding on alot of size. I realize that I needa tan, (I'm Irish, I just fry for some reason...:lol: ). I'll work on that during the cutting phase. Suggestions and comments are welcome.
But to give an idea of what I was like before, .....5'7, 140 pounds. TONS of fat...:(.
No biceps (12 inches...)
No chest (bitch tits...)
No legs (fat legs....)
No traps...ugh.
Afterwords...
Biceps...15 inches (soon will be 16)
Chest.... Much tighter, still have some chub on it , but it will leave with cutting phase...
Legs...Much better, I like leg day alot. Getting 520 on calf raises now, (I guess the legs are starting to grow quickly..?)
Traps....starting to like the way they look. This all takes time, and i'm willing to dedicate my time to the gym, and wait for results.
