    my current constitution - please comment

    Hi to everyone,

    the photo shows my current constitution. I started training 2 years ago. During the first year I only did a lot of cardio-excercises to burn fat and lost 22 lbs fat mass. At a weight of 170 lbs and 15% bodyfat I started intensive training.
    Now I'm at a weight of 190 lbs, but I can't say anything about my bodyfat.

    Please comment the picture below.

    The scale in my gym is not the best. Think I have to do a calipper-measurement for more precise results.

    looking ripped, might i ask what this cardio thingy your talking about is ?
    is it like running or going on a bike or what ?
    also got any suggestions about how you should do this "cardio" training ?

    my guess on bf is 8 or 9 % one pic is hard to make a good opinion on!

    Did a more precise calipper-messurement in my gym yesterday.
    Current bodyfat is 9% as estimated. I try to make a few more bodyshots and post them soon.

    My cardio-training consisted of running and swimming (1 hr) , 4 days a week.
    I also did a cycle with many repetitions for every exercise (between 20 and 30 reps.)
