    Thanks bro. And yes, my calves have finally been growing. I started training them twice a week last summer, changing foot positions on sets and it's made a huge difference, adding more width and cuts.

    Thanks bro. And nah, I wasn't flexing them or flaring them out at all in that pic. I do think my lat spread looks a lot better from the back though. I'll have to post a current one up for comments.

    dude your legs look awesome. On a bulk those are some nice cut up quads. Good luck with the comp and all the prep work. Have you decided if youre gonna try GH or insulin ?

    Thanks a lot bro. I won't be using gh or insulin . I don't want to mess with either at this time. Just good ol fashioned gear.

    And BLT, thanks bro. I am sure you are underestimating yourself! I've seen your pics and you look great too brotha. As far as my starting weight, I guess that would be 170. I started training and eating right consistently in 95, stopped in 2000 and started up again in the summer of 2001. Been going at it hard since then and started cycling in the fall of 2002.

    Here's a sample of my chest routine (from yesterday actually):

    Bench Press:
    Warmup 20 x 135, 20 x 135
    15 x 225
    8 x 275
    4 x 315
    7 x 275

    Incline DB Presses:
    12 x 90s
    8 x 100s
    7 x 110s

    Decline Smith Presses
    12 x 225
    8 x 245

    Flat Bench DB Flyes

    LMAO " i want to be gross" thats a great goal!! my mom told me Im getting to big, I was so excited! she said thats nothing to be proud of.... haha yeah right. I want to be too big, but not gross, well not yet
    BTW thanks for the stats, it will give me a good idea of when to cut back.... my goal is 19 inch arms and 18 incha calves, Got a long way to go... next cycle here I come
