thing is i havn´t worked my leggs out hardcore during this 1 year of my total training.. i started doing that recently like 2 months ago, like i wrote above.. and i started doing squats like 4-5 weeks ago.. read the first post in this thread, there i´ve wrote what i squat.. heres the leg routine:
    5set leg extentions reps: 12-15
3set squats first 12-15 (warm up)
    3set squats secondly pass 5-6
    3set leg press 8-10
    2set leg extentions 4-6

    i strongly recommand this routine!

    Any leg curls? Or calves?
That seems like a lot of leg extentions, is that all done on the same machine?
Great transformation, keep up the progress.

yeah leg extentions on the same machine (check the pic).. this routine touches your quads like crazy and thats almost it (i do squats in a way that it trains mostly quads).. then i do calves too if i can.. but if u do this routine right you wont be able to do any more excersises simple physics, you will be exhausted..
i train hams on an other day.. for hams i do straight deadlifts, sitting legcurl and lying legcurls

I would think from the 4th shot you can really see what you've gained but the 3rd shot shows what you need some work on. I aint baggin ya, but you made leaps and bounds on your back but your chest and arms stayed almost the same. Keep working hard and try to get a couple more meals in there and you'll blow up.

my guess is that you need to eat more - you probably burn calories just typing and if you want to get big you are really going to have to shovel it in

You can certainly see the difference, and after all...isn't that what we all want to hear?
You already know what you need to do to bring up the rest. If you can make the rest of your body look like your back, you should be happy.

    Nice work.

wow you only do calves when you can? Thats messed up man if you wont work em out youll loo funny after youll get big. Trys this instead do your calves first 2 machines 10reps 4 sets. Do standing once and seated once 2 to 3 times a week.

no no i mean i do calves to if i can after the quad workout.. usualy i am to exhausted to do them on the same day.. but i work them out at least 2 times a week on other days.. if i would do calves on quad day it would equal up to 3 times a week totaly.. thats how i mean
but yeah ill try to work the calves before quads and see how it goes, thnx

Great development in the back. And shoulders. You need to get your chest up as well. But your back was really great progress. Train your chest just as hard and it´ll look great. Good luck.
