2 weeks later...
I posted some pics two weeks ago and decided to take some more last night. I started taking nolvadex and the bloat is started to go down... that and the fact that I've been clean for 3-4 weeks
Started prop 2 days ago and hopefully I'll see some good results from it. I've never done it before.

I'm doing pretty good on the weight loss. Getting sick like a dog sorta helped me kick start it all off. I also let my system clean itself out and started taking nolvadex . It's amazing what that stuff does Lots of what I thought was fat was actually extra water. My legs are tightening right up.
I'm about 208lbs in the pics here. My arms are still 18" unpumped and hopefully I can stay on course and not loose too much muscle.
Was going to do prop and tren this month, but decided to just do prop since I got screwed by a source and had to end up going elsewere.
All I'm doing now for cardio is 20 min walking sessions after my workouts and it's working pretty good. I did this in the summer for fun too and leaned right out.

Looking good as always bro. Do you still follow the type of workout listed on your home page? Any major changes?
