new guy
Hey guys...been lifting for 7 years, and have been able to pack on 30 + pounds of muscle without the aid of any supplements, other than protein powder. I know my physique isn't the greatest, but i'm proud of what I have been able to do. Now, it's time to take it to the next step, big and ripped. I need help as I have no knowledge on how do to this, with or without steroids. Can i get some help or feedback. Thanks.

my goal weight is 220-225. My max bench is 315 for 4.
