    some new pics

    well i am up about 8-10lbs, and makin some good gains.....so here are some new pics

    You look good, bro. Keep up the good work! Are you on-cycle now? How far into it?

    Your abs look great. Start working on your shoulders, calves and traps a bit harder. Your quads look good. It's great to see someone working their wheels.

    One more thing...
    If you're no longer living at home, go out and buy new furniture (at least a new bed). It's a terrible thing when you bring someone home for a nightcap, and she sees you're still sleeping in your childhood bed.

    ha ha good point about the bed...but you see i am in collage so the bed belongs to the univeristy..as for the cycle no i am not on one, however i am going to start an m1t/4ad cycle in like a month... i am all natural as of this point....thanks for the advise i will hit the sholders, traps and calves alot harder.......

    yea thats cool swolecat, but what is even cooler is the fact that you are baned...
    As far a cycle history...never have..... and for stats... i am 20, 162lbs, bi's are 15 1/2in and chest is 42in i give the leg measurement but i dont feal like taking off my pants...ha ha
